はじめに

グローバルなIT業界において、真のパートナーシップはビジネスだけでなく「人と文化の理解」から生まれます。
この考えのもと、EKbana は日本のクライアントをネパール・カトマンズに迎え、7日間の「ネパール・日本 IT パートナーシッププログラム」を実施しました。

本プログラムは、IT協業の可能性を探ると同時に、相互理解と長期的な信頼関係の構築を目的としています。

訪問の目的

Nepal–Japan IT Partnership Program:
Building Bridges Through Technology and Culture

Introduction

In a rapidly evolving global technology landscape, meaningful collaboration goes beyond business alone. With this belief, EKbana recently initiated a 7-day Nepal–Japan IT Partnership Program in Kathmandu, welcoming Japanese clients to explore Nepal’s growing IT ecosystem, talent, and culture.

This initiative was designed not only to open doors for IT collaboration opportunities, but also to foster mutual understanding, trust, and long-term partnership between Nepal and Japan.

Objectives of the Program

The program had multiple objectives:

• Introduce Nepal’s IT capabilities and resources to Japanese partners
• Showcase the diversity of IT domains in Nepal, including:

• Cybersecurity
• FinTech
• AI and emerging technologies
• Provide insights into:
• Working culture and mindset of Nepali IT engineers
• Company values, engineering practices, and innovation approaches
• Promote Nepal as a serious and reliable IT destination for future collaboration
